Catherine Cooper
Catherine Cooper was a primary school teacher for twenty-nine years before deciding to write for children. Catherine’s love of history, myths and legends and the Shropshire countryside where she lives, shines through in her charming stories. She is the author of four books in the acclaimed Jack Brenin series. In 2014, Catherine was appointed as the ‘Patron of Reading’ for Minsterley Primary School until 2017.
Catherine is the author of The Golden Acorn, Glasruhen Gate, Silver Hill, The Lost Treasure of Annwn, The Oak Lord and The Book of Dragon Lore.
